Spring to Winter

Yesterday it was spring like with it being +8c and sunny. Today when I woke up it was windy,snowing,freezing ran and -10c. What a change in 14 hours. Our first snow storm of the winter, it doesn't feel like a canadian winter without the snow storm.
On Tuesday I curled with my Alexandria teammates Amy,Ethan and a 9th grader who seems nice and seems to want to be really good. I wore a hat because my hair would always get in my face when I was throwing, a lot of people were commenting on it. I'll have to get a haircut on Saturday. I got the draw for the OCA Junior Mixed Zone 1 and We get a first round bye. Our first game is on Saturday 12.30pm and then at 4pm. My goal is to play as well as I CAN because that's all I can control. I'm usually so wrapped up in my teammates making their shots. Of course I want them to make them but I feel the blame since I'm the skip. Anyway I hope I do well on Febuary 25th.
In the Olympics Canada has 8 Medals. 1 Gold 3 Silver 4 Bronze. COC has a goal of 25 medals but that would be hard to reach, I'd be happy with 20 medals and 4th place.I've been watching curling, but I haven't woken up at 3am since it's too early but I am waking up to watch the 8am draws. Even that's early since my mom likes her time alone in the morning.
